Who we are

Mock Grade AI is operated by Ryan Nyathi, trading as Mock Grade AI, 35 Harvill Road, Sidcup, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@mockgradeai.com. We are not a registered company; the trader is the individual named above.

Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account. If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and material changes will be notified to the email address on your account before they take effect.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 to use Mock Grade AI, and at least 18 to buy anything. One account is for one person: accounts are not shared or transferred.

What this service is, and what it is not

Mock Grade AI is interview practice. It asks you interview questions, listens to your answers, and returns an assessment of what you said, generated by an AI model.

• —The assessment is practice guidance. It is not a hiring decision, not an endorsement, and not a prediction of any real outcome.
• —It can be wrong. Scores are produced by a model and may misjudge a good answer or flatter a weak one.
• —No employer sees your account, your answers or your scores. We do not pass anything to recruiters.
• —We do not promise you an interview, an offer, a job, or any particular score — and nothing we publish should be read as promising one.
• —Readiness scores describe how your answers scored against our rubric. They describe nothing beyond that.

Your account and your content

Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

Your CV, your job descriptions and your answers remain yours. You give us permission to process them for one purpose: running the service for you — generating your questions, transcribing and scoring your answers, and producing your reports. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it. Only upload a CV and a job description you are entitled to share.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• —share an account, or resell or redistribute anything the service produces for you
• —upload someone else’s personal information without their permission
• —upload unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading content
• —automate, scrape, or otherwise use the service other than through the interface we provide
• —try to get around usage limits, billing, or the security of the service

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is minor and fixable we will normally ask you to fix it first.

Plans, credits and fair use

Guided Interviews, Mock Interview credits and practice questions are separate allowances, and each plan states what it includes. Mock Interviews cost a credit because each one is a live conversation with a metered AI model; a plan that includes credits includes the number stated and no more.

“Unlimited” Guided Interviews means unlimited within fair use, not without limit. To keep the service available and affordable for everyone there are rate limits and a daily cap on AI analysis; if you reach the daily cap you will be told, and it resets the next day. These limits sit far above normal interview practice and exist to stop automated or abusive use, not to ration ordinary use.

Paying, renewing and cancelling

Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown before you pay. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. The monthly subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, and you can cancel at any time from the billing page.

Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refunds and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: access starts immediately, so purchases are not refundable once it has, and if something goes wrong on our side we put it right.

We may change prices. A change never affects a pass you have already bought, and for the subscription we will tell you before a new price applies so that you can cancel first.

Availability

We aim to keep Mock Grade AI running but do not promise it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change features, and we may withdraw the service — if we withdraw something you have already paid for, the refunds policy says what happens.

Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you started using the service, for any loss of opportunity, offer or earnings, or for any decision you take on the strength of an AI-generated assessment. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that caused the loss.

Mock Grade AI is provided for your personal interview practice. If you use it for business purposes, the consumer protections referred to here do not apply to you.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile, which permanently removes your CV, job descriptions, questions, answers, analyses and reports. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can bring proceedings in your own courts, and nothing here takes that away.
